Registering your Emotional Support Animal with ESA Registry UK is quick, easy, and hassle-free. Here’s how it works:
Complete our simple online registration form with your details and information about your ESA.
You’ll get your ESA certificate, ID card, support letter, and other items in your registration pack. We’ll email you digital copies and post physical copies to your address.
Our support doesn’t stop after registration. You can reach out to us anytime if you have questions or need help.
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not explicitly recognised under UK law, and granting access is at the discretion of an individual organisation or business. If you have a mental health condition or disability, you may be able to apply for reasonable adjustments to have your ESA considered. Signing up to a private ESA registry like ours does not guarantee acceptance, but can make conversations easier and help explain the role your ESA plays in your life.
For example, landlords may permit ESAs in properties with “no pets” policies, employers might allow them in workplaces to support conditions like anxiety or PTSD, and some organisations could accommodate them in public spaces.
