Hi, I’m Adam — and I’m someone who’s personally experienced the difference an emotional support animal can make.
A few years ago, I went through a difficult period with my mental health. Like many people, I struggled with anxiety and low mood, and daily life often felt overwhelming. It was during that time that I was introduced to the idea of emotional support animals — and honestly, it changed everything for me. My dog became a steady, calming presence. He helped me get out of the house, manage my emotions, and feel more grounded when things felt out of control.
I created this course to share practical, no-nonsense guidance for UK ESA owners — based on real experience, not just theory. I hope it helps you feel more confident, supported, and connected with your animal.
You’re not alone — and I’m proud of you for taking this step.
